In a landmark move towards advancing knowledge, policy dissemination, and capacity building in the road transport sector, Kantipur Engineering College (KEC) and the Society of Transport Engineers Nepal (SOTEN) have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on October 12, 2023.

The MOU, signed by representatives from both institutions, solidifies their commitment to collaborative efforts in enhancing expertise, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the development of policies within the road transport domain. The ceremony was attended by key figures including Prof. Dr. Keshar Prasain, Prof. Nabin Chandra Sharma, Prof. Mahadutta Paudel, Er. Rabindra Khati, Er. Sudeep Thapa, Er. Kamal Katwal and Er. Sushil Paudel from Kantipur Engineering College and Prof. Dr. Padma Bahadur Shahi, President and Er. Shrawan Kumar Thapa, Secretary from the Society of Transport Engineers Nepal.
