Kantipur Engineering College organized Students Orientation Program for the 2078 Batch newly enrolled students on April 18, 2022 at Delight Party Venue, Mahalaxmisthan, Lalitpur. About 200 newly enrolled students with their parents/guardians attended the program. The main objective of the program is to familiarize students and guardians with the college and its policies. The program was chaired by Er. Rameshwar Rijal, Chairman of Kantipur Engineering College and Prof. Dr. Gyan Bahadur Thapa, Assistant Dean (Examination), IOE, TU was the Chief Guest of the program.

Mr. Maha Datta Paudel, Head of the Department of Engineering Science and Humanities welcomed all new students and guardians. Er. Dr. Sunil Kumar Pokhrel, Ex-Chairman of KEC gave valuable insight to the students about the engineering education and its future. Er. Basanta Chandra Marahatta, Member of College Management Committee encouraged the students to take engineering education seriously and help develop the nation. Dr. Keshar Prasain, Principal of Kantipur Engineering College presented about the college and highlighted some important policies of the college. Prof. Dr. Gyan Bahadur Thapa, Chief Guest of the program congratulated the students for getting enrollment in the prestigious IOE, TU. Er. Ramaeshwar Rijal, Chairman of the program thanked all the students and guardians for having trust in KEC and wished all the best for the four year study at KEC.
