Guest Lecture on Distributed Memory System and Scheduling
Dr. Gokarna P. Sharma, Assistant Professor of Kent University, Ohio, USA, delivered a guest Lecture on Distributed Memory System and Scheduling on 1st of June 2017 at KEC. Faculty and students of Computer Engineering 4th year attended the lecture. His lecture was highly focused on transactional memory system, a new synchronization technique for multicore technique that avoids many limitations of lock based synchronization technique.
