Participation in Cyber Security and Trust in Technology
Er. Ravi Chandra Koirala, Sr. Lecturer and Deputy Head of Department of Department of Computer and Electronics Engineering participated in Cyber Security and Trust in Technology on 15 December 2016 at Hotel Yak and Yeti, Kathmandu organized by Microsoft and Nepal Bankers’ Association. Stakeholders of banking and financial services industry, including the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Chiranjibi Nepal, participated in the program which was focused to create awareness and discuss the increasing importance of ‘Cyber Security and Trust in Technology’. At the program, Astrid Tuminez, senior director – Corporate Affairs, Microsoft South East Asia, made a presentation on the opportunities made possible by cloud computing in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
