A “One Day Workshop on Effective Teaching” was conducted by Research, Training & Consultancy Division (RTCD) on 1st November, 2017 at Kantipur Engineering College for the new faculty members. The objectives of the workshop were to improve teaching skills and enhance teamwork and communication among faculty members and with the students as well. Er. Nabin Chandra Sharma and Dr. Madan Bista were the guest speakers for the workshop who delivered their presentations on Lesson/Course Planning, Effective Teaching, Team Work & Communication respectively. The workshop also included an interactive session with senior teachers in the college. Er. Sujin Gwachha, Mr. Santosh Rawal, Er. Tirtha Acharya and Er. Pratichhya Pradhan were the senior teachers sharing their experiences. A total number of 16 faculty members from all the departments actively participated in the workshop sharing their experiences and ideas, relevant to teaching-learning process, among themselves and with the guest speakers.
