A “One Day Workshop on Effective Teaching” was conducted by Research, Training & Consultancy Division (RTCD) on 9^th November, 2016 at Kantipur Engineering College. The objectives of the workshop were to improve teaching skills and enhance teamwork and communication among faculty members and with the students as well. Er. Nabin Chandra Sharma, Er. Pradip Kumar Paudyal and Dr. Madan Bista were the guest speakers for the workshop who delivered their presentations on Lesson Planning, Effective Teaching Tools and Team Work & Communication respectively. A total number of 15 faculty members from all the departments actively participated in the workshop sharing their experiences and ideas, relevant to teaching-learning process, among themselves and with the guest speakers.
